Nightdrive.fm is a place to share and discover public Spotify playlists. Anyone with an account can add a playlist, rate it, comment on it and tag it — with a genre when it is added, and with free-text context tags at any time — and the ratings people give are what order the Hot and Top lists.

It is run privately and non-commercially. It sells nothing, carries no advertising, and serves no commercial interest.

Playlists, ratings, tags and comments are added by the people using the site, and they are their authors’ own — they are not checked before they appear and they are not the operator’s opinions. If something here is unlawful or infringes your rights, write to the address above and it will be looked at and, where the complaint is justified, removed.

This site links to pages it does not run, Spotify’s above all. What is on those pages is their operators’ responsibility. They were unobjectionable when the link was made; policing them continuously without a concrete reason is not something a site of this kind can do, and any link will be removed once a breach is pointed out.

Nightdrive.fm is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Spotify AB. Playlist names, artwork, owner names and playback come from Spotify and belong to Spotify and the rights holders concerned; playback happens in Spotify’s own embedded player, under their terms, and a Spotify account of your own is what is needed to listen.
